Sudoku — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Sudoku app for Android, published by MR INNOVATION INC. ("we", "us"). It is separate from our website and services privacy policy, which covers our website and any product that has an account. The Sudoku app has no account, and it collects no personal information.

1. What we collect

Nothing. The app has no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no network access. It does not ask for permission to use your contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera, and it does not connect to the internet. We never receive anything you do in the app.

2. What stays on your device

To work, the app stores the following on your device only:

• your current puzzle and your progress in it;
• a history of the puzzles you have finished (difficulty, time, mistakes and hints used);
• your settings, such as theme, number size, sound and vibration.

3. Android backup

Android can copy an app's data to your Google account (cloud backup) or to a new phone during setup (device transfer). The app allows this, so your puzzle history and settings may be restored when you set up a new device. That copy is made and held by Google under your Google account and Google's own privacy policy, not by us. You can turn it off in your device's backup settings.

4. Sharing

We do not share, sell or transfer any information to anyone, because the app gives us none.

5. Deleting your data

In the app, open Settings > Reset everything to delete your current puzzle, your history and your settings. Uninstalling the app also removes them from the device. Any Android backup copy is managed in your Google account's backup settings.

6. Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes any of this, for example by adding purchases or ads, we will update this policy before that version is released. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
